RICHARD STOKER, DMD
Dr. Richard Stoker loves Idaho and is excited to be the new owner of Cascade Dental. Dr. Stoker grew up on a farm in Lewisville, Idaho and attended Rigby High School where he participated in basketball and football. He later served an LDS mission to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Upon returning, he attended and graduated from Ricks College (now BYU-Idaho), dental school at the University of Pittsburgh, and later completed his residency at the University of Colorado, where he also practiced dentistry for five years before returning to Idaho Falls to establish Stoker Family Dental. Dr. Stoker enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the outdoors where they love to snowmobile, motorcycle, camp, boat, scuba dive, and mountain bike with his wife Sara and their five children: Kamren, Briley, Ali, Kinley, and Logan.
DAVID L. RIPPLINGER, DDS
Dr. Dave grew up in a farming community just south of Preston, Idaho. He graduated from Marquette School of Dentistry in 2004, completing his clinical work nearly a year ahead of schedule. He was often the end of the line while practicing in the small town of Cortez, Colorado and gained great experience in a wide field of challenging dental procedures. He takes pride in providing dental care to those in need. When Dr. Dave isn’t practicing dentistry, he can be found planting at his orchard and working at the family farm with his six kids and wife, Katie.
RUSSELL R. JENSEN, DMD
Dr. Russ Jensen graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, practiced in Great Falls, Montana, and now owns a practice in Boise, Idaho. He enjoys making weekend trips up to Cascade with his family and found it a natural and easy transition to provide dental care to our patients. He is always looking for ways to improve the treatment and experience his patients receive. As a result, he takes continuing education courses in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and sedation dentistry. Dr. Jensen and his wife have three children. They enjoy taking their children to the zoo, going on hikes in the woods, and playing in the park.
CHRIS HOLDAWAY, DDS
When it comes to providing dental care, Dr. Holdaway focuses on preventive dentistry and helping patients adopt habits that will allow them to enjoy a lifetime of outstanding oral health. After starting his career as a nurse, he chose to become a dentist attending the University of North Carolina School of dentistry and graduating in 2009. He believes in taking an integrated approach to dentistry and ensuring that his patients understand the correlation between oral health and overall well-being. He aims to know patients on a personal level and help them reach their oral health-related hopes and objectives. With his friendly, approachable and accommodating chairside manner, Dr. Holdaway’s patients know they are in good hands.
